Captain at Large Volunteer Coordinator Needed
Submitted by markus_thamm on Tue, 06/01/2010 - 8:38amThe Volunteer Captain at Large (CAL) is key leadership position in the Democratic Party of Denver. This CAL helps recruit volunteers and link them up with specific opportunities to work with events, meetings, and campaigns.
As are all CAL positions, the Volunteer CAL is appointed by the Chair of the Party and is also a member of the Executive Committee.

Good volunteers are needed to assist our Director of Operations in answering the phones, doing mailings, collating literature, staffing registration tables and so forth. Weekly and event-specific opportunities are available.
Precinct Committee Person or Precinct Worker

There are two per precinct. A precinct worker assists the Precinct Committee person in getting out the vote and communicating important party issues to the neighborhood.
